RETURNS POLICY
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
In accordance with the distance selling directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time up to fourteen working days after the time of ordering.
If during that 14 days, we have correctly supplied the product as ordered to you then we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of 10% of the order value. Please note that you will also be responsible for returning the unwanted items, including return carriage charges.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DELIVERY OR PRODUCT
If there is a problem with your delivery or product, please inform us within 48 hours.
If you have notified us of a problem with the delivery or any of the products, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery, or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not, in any event, include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.
RETURNS
In the event you have to return goods to us, you are responsible for ensuring that they are in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Trailer Tugger cannot be held responsible for loss or damage so we recommend that you insure the return parcel for loss or damage and obtain a receipt from the Post Office or courier. All returns must include a copy of the invoice or clearly identify the invoice number.
REFUNDS
In the event we have agreed to refund you, on receipt of goods by Trailer Tugger, you will be given a full refund of all monies paid minus any carriage charges that we have incurred in delivering, and this may take up to 5 working days.
